It seems is difficult to cook rice in a pot but it is actually NOT! It is quite easy and I will show you 5 simple steps.
Tips
- Soak rice for 30 minutes in summer and 60 minutes in winter.
- Do not open the lid!
- Steam.

- Step 1: Wash rice.
- Step 2: Soak rice in water for 30 minutes.
- Step 3: Add clean water and rice in a pot and put the lid on. Cook on medium-high heat until water boils.
- Step 4: When it comes to a boil, turn the heat to low and cook for 8 minutes. You can check inside but try to keep the lid on as long as possible.
- Step 5: Turn off the heat and leave it for 7 minutes with the lid on. (steaming process)

Step 1: Wash rice.

Tips: Freeze leftover rice. Rice will dry out and get stuck to the pot if it is left in the pot after cooking.
